These draft terms describe the basic rules for using Geo Checker. Final terms should be reviewed and completed by the operating legal entity before launch.
Using the service
You may use Geo Checker only for lawful purposes and only for websites you are authorized to inspect. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload targets or use the service to scan private networks.
Reports and scores
Scan results are measurements based on the URLs and responses available at scan time. They are informational, may change as a site changes and do not guarantee search rankings, AI mentions, citations, traffic or revenue.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. We may limit or suspend abusive activity to protect the service, users and scanned sites.
Payments
Paid plans and one-time credits are provided through Stripe or iyzico test and production flows configured for the service. Billing terms, renewal, cancellation, taxes and refunds must be confirmed in the final commercial version.
